Do you offer ongoing concierge support?

Yes. SLK supports select clients on a retainer basis for recurring lifestyle, hospitality, travel, and hosting needs.

Can you support travel outside New York and Los Angeles?

Yes. SLK can coordinate travel support beyond New York and Los Angeles when the request, timing, and local resources are the right fit.

How should a new client begin?

Send a note with the request, location, timing, guest profile, and desired tone. SLK will review the fit and next steps.

Is client privacy protected?

Yes. Discretion is central to the work, and details are shared only as needed to coordinate the engagement.
